What kinds of documents must be translated by the Language Translator/Interpreter Specialists?

The Language Translator/Interpreter Specialist must translate any document that is to be used in an official manner. This includes, but is not limited to, high stakes documents, documents that assure equal access to all programs and opportunities, documents with legal implications, and documents that require parent signatures.

When should requests be made?

What if I need something translated/interpreted in a language other than Spanish?

For translation/interpretation into languages other than Spanish, please follow the same procedure and submit your request to the Translation Request Form.

Requests for translations interpretations should be made as soon as possible. It is recommended that requests be made at least one in advance.

How do you keep my information secure?

Polyglot has taken steps to provide an even higher level of standard than most financial services companies for all of our accounts in order to ensure your account and personal information are secure. When you submit information to our system, we follow a strict security processes to prevent any unauthorized access to your data.

Why is my order late?

Sometimes our translators encounter problems deciphering a document either due to the quality of the handwritten elements or the clarity of the image/scan.

Who will translate my document?

A professional translator will perform the translation.
